Hair loss can be a very troublesome dilemma for both men and women. Not only that their hair begins to get thin each day but their wallets as well. Many are aware that in treating hair loss, money should be spent to buy different hair loss products claiming that it can cure all types of hair loss. Unfortunately, most of these products don’t actually work. Thus, the money spend is now wasted. It’s like buying a product that you didn’t know if it is really right for you. Moreover, commercially available products are more likely to give skin allergies that could further worsen the already worse hair loss condition.

Treating hair loss does not need to be expensive. Going back to the basic, to the natural ingredients may only cost you a dollar or two or sometimes it won’t cost you anything at all. Discipline, perseverance, and patience is all it takes to have that bouncy hair back again.

The food that the person eats plays a very vital role in improving their overall well-being. If one is eating the right kind of food included in their daily diet, it would reflect to their appearance such as the skin and the hair. Notice that those who are not eating much are more prone to falling hair. This is because they do not have enough nutrients to sustain all parts of their body. This results to dull skin, falling hair and sometimes even tooth loss. Vitamins such as A, B, and C are needed so that the hair follicles may develop a healthy normal hair. It can be found in different foods including eggs, fortified milk, liver, soybeans, and chicken. Moreover, fruit and vegetable intake should not be forgotten. Citrus fruits and green leafy vegetables are great sources of vitamins that could help in developing healthy strands of hair.

No matter how busy life is, there should always be an allotted time to do daily exercises. A thirty-minute walk or twenty-minutes of jogging around the park may promote the development of thicker hair. This is because of the fact that during exercise or any activities that could make you sweat, results into blood circulation. When there is a blood circulation activity happening in the scalp (hair follicles) it would now be energized making the hair follicles create hair strands that are stronger and thicker. If you do not have to go to a gym, then simple do it indoors. There are now a lot of exercise videos that you can follow so that you will be sweating off inside your own home.

Scalp should also be massaged at least every day or every other day before going to bed. This should be done with the help of various essential oils that are proven to be helpful in improving the growth of the hair. This is very advisable especially if your hair loss case is just moderate. You can use your hands or electric scalp massagers to do the work for you.
